Erika, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have employed pest elimination practices to specifically address mice. There was a mouse caught just before your arrival (fall- when mice are trying to get inside) but the tech didn't alert us to this incident. We request to be alerted so we may send cleaners out to scour the home, in case of such an event. I apologize this did not happen and that it impacted your stay. As soon as you alerted us, we dispatched a cleaner, but you had already departed. It was addressed, regardless. Thanks again for letting us know. And, as discussed, it was handled immediately.
