"This is an excellent hotel to stay. It is very clean, has a good daily breakfast with eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles. Nice pool, hot tub and onsite laundry for $2. Has an elevator, so no climbing stairs. Lots of safe parking. Great customer service by all hotel staff. Front desk personnel are very attentive. Loved my stay here. High quality at a reasonable cost. Thank you!"

"The ONLY thing I do not like about this property is that the parking spaces are too narrow. It was difficult to get into and out of our car, and my husband and I are not fat. I worry about our car getting dented or scratched by a person exiting or entering the car beside us."

"I travel to Colorado Springs every year. this is my 3rd year staying at the Academy hotel. It is conveniently located, friendly staff, nice pool, great breakfast and comfortable rooms. Lots of restaurant options close by. Only issue was over the course of a week I killed 3 bugs in my room."

"Very nice space for the price. The walls are quite thing though and you can hear everything going on in the hallway. Other than that thought it was great for the price, staff was kind, room was clean and set up was lovely. WiFi didn’t work very well though that may have just been my devices though. "

"I stayed in a room facing the Garden of the Gods and it had a spacious lovely patio. The room and bathroom were great. I couldn’t find a thermostat so it seems you can’t control the temperature. The AC was blasting so the room was cold and I lit the gas fireplace in the morning to warm up."
