• This place is made for relaxation, the sound of the sea, and good conversation - not for wild parties or large events.
• We live here in harmony with our neighbors, nature, and the sea breeze - please help us preserve this special atmosphere.

• Small to medium-sized four-legged friends are welcome, provided they behave like true gentlemen and our paradise remains clean and undamaged 🐕
