"Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area. "

"Home needs some better up keep. We noticed black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, many utility plugs needed to be fixed. We found the beds to be uncomfortable and would be a good point of improvement. The room was spacious and the host communicated well and was timely. The instructions they provided to check in were easy to understand and follow. The host recommended some restaurants in the area and these were both helpful and delicious. "Very conveniently located , walkable distance to Pisa tower . Parking available next to hotel , street parking but very secure and charged by the minute rather than flat rate @ 75 cents an hour . Very friendly staff who helped with understanding how it works . Breakfast : variety of bread n cakes but would have been better if they give more solid breakfast , coffee very good n juices are ok . Room : very clean n bathrooms are very good Overall a pleasant stay"
