Waterfront on Thomas Pond in South Casco, in the Sebago Lake Region of Maine! Comfortable year-round house just steps from a quiet lake, with 2 guest cottages, each sleeping 5 + 1 with a full bath, kitchenette and screened porch. Enjoy sitting on the screened porches while listening to the loons. Thomas Pond is approximately 442 acres and is great for fishing, swimming and viewing wildlife. The dock can hold up to a 24' boat, mooring 1 can hold up to a 24' boat and mooring 2 can hold up to a 12' boat. 2 canoes and two 2-seater kayaks available for your use. From here it's only a short drive to movies, shopping, restaurants and recreation. Lawn on roadside, some landscaping, slope to water, naturally wooded around guest cottages, 300'+ of waterfront with 3 docks. Rocky shore with gradual drop-off.
