"We reserved and noted the need for a handicapped room. Did not find out until we checked in that the elevators were broken and the person with issues had to climb 2 flights of stairs. There were no other hotels with vacancies. "

"Good, but not excellent. Water stains on ceiling n walls, bug on pillow, average hotel breakfast. Water filling station was unknown to night front desk stafd, n when pointed out by morning staff, i noticed that the filter needed replacing but staff said they could not do that. Why have a water station if it is not maintained properly?"

"The pictures in the listing make this hotel look very nice but it's the complete opposite. When we arrived we had to wait 20+ minutes for the front desk lady to check us in. The entire time she was having side conversations on her phone. Once we arrived at our room, we were greated with roaches. Crawling over the walls and even in the toilet bowl. We couldn't enjoy snacks or food without them coming out. There is definitely an infestation of roaches at this hotel. Very upset about this. We let the front desk know and they didn't care. "

"Great stay! While the neighborhood isnt the best looking, it was quiet and minutes from downtown Tulsa. Communication was great with the host. It was a really great stay. Everything we needed was readily available. Would recommend. "
