Francesca at the front desk spoke very good English and was very helped with pointing me in the direction for things to do. Highly recommend a balcony room or suite. The view is insane! "

"“The hotel was clean, modern, and beautifully updated—I especially loved the bathtub! The room had an electric kettle with plenty of tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, there are lots of good restaurants and shopping options nearby. It’s also right across from Piazza Garibaldi, where many tours start, so it’s very convenient overall. Would I comeback? Absolutely!”"
