About this property

Private one-bedroom suite with king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath featuring double vanity and safety grab bars. Enjoy serene pond views from your patio, full kitchen, and dedicated workspace for a comfortable stay.

This home is close to it all yet feels so far away. You are 5 minutes from 64 and can make it to almost anywhere in St. Louis in 30 minutes or less. The mall, grocery and restaurants are all 10 minuets away. If you don't feel like being in the hustle and bustle of the city or local attractions you can relax on the patio or in the hot tub.

There are 3 good size bedrooms on the main level and one in the basement. The pool table is in the basement along with a wet barn and small refrigerator.

The back yard is fenced. There are lights above the back patio.

The house has a 2 car garage and double driveway. The property is entered from a private gate. We will issue you a code the day of arrival.

I am available if needed. I have an office at the storage facility that is on the main road by the entrance.

This house sits behind a large storage facility on 30 + acres. We just rehabbed the second house on the property and plan to live there until our kids graduate and move on. We also have a large barn on the back of the property we will be offering for special occasions. The house and barn will not be rented at the same time to different groups.

There is plenty of room for parking. We have spaces available if you need to park a large trailer or Rec Vehicle. If you need hook ups they are available for an additional charge.

The beautifully updated home had many bathrooms, updated appliances, and was tastefully decorated. An added bonus was the dog Shiloh, chickens, ducks, pig and horse.

Secluded Peaceful and Comfortable Property

Great place for a reunion of my siblings and spouses. Plenty of space to gather in small groups or all together. We enjoyed the pool table and the basement area to play games and the patio area to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning and meals outside as the weather was nice. We were very pleased with this property and the owners response to communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family space

We were in town for a family wedding and a reunion. The house was spacious for a group of 8 with two little ones and was well equipped for preparing meals and for fun. The farm animals provided entertainment, as did the games and children’s books during our down time. If you are a light sleeper the rooster may wake you, but it was a minor annoyance compared to all the positives. The house was clean and comfortable in a safe and easy to access area.

Family reunion

We came to the area for a family get together and needed a place for myself and teenagers and my sisters family. We had kids from 5 to 17. Space was definitely a requirement! This place had it all! We had plenty of space for teens and younger kids. From the hot tub, to the farm animals, pool table and tvs in each room. Everyone was able to hang together or be in their own space. Want to cook? They had everything you needed. The host was easy to contact and very friendly as well. We highly recommend this location!

Listing is misleading

Our group(all adults) picked this property because in the listing hot tub was mention so prominently. We were staying there for five nights and were all looking for relaxing evenings in the hot tub. We learned,while on the way therefrom en e-mail (an hour before checking time) that hot tub is not working properly but service was called to fix the problem. Thru our stay I was communicating with owner of the property to check on the progress. Unfortunately no one ever came to fix the tub so relaxing evenings in the hot tub did not happen. Also grill tank that was on the property was empty and I was told I can get a full one at the gas station(!). Our group asked for a discount because main part of our stay turned out to be not true-hot tub listed in the title of property was broken! After string of texts, owner stop and answering, so no discount for us, no hot tub during the stay and thank God we had our own little charcoal grill so we could grilled

I had a wonderful stay the property is more than pictures can describe. The host was extremely helpful and allowed me and my guest to walk around and look at the animals. We had 3 couples, a teen and toddler staying for a couple nights. It was very roomy and had plenty of room to spread out. The basement was great for watching movies and for the toddler playing with toys. Very clean and nice extras with nice hand soaps, coffee supplies, etc. Planning to stay again in the future and would definitely recommend!

Newly renovated, family friendly home

Absolutely loved it. Newly removed and we thought we were the first renters. Large, quiet property with a ton of amenities for adults and children. Hot tub was great, pool table was available (we didnt use it but appreciate it) & plenty of beds/baths/futons for everyone. If were ever in the area, we'll be renting again!
