Lovely little motel complex building back up after the floods. Proximity to the riverwalk makes for a peaceful stay, and easy stroll down to the main part of Casino.

Perhaps you didnt notice that the motel is under current repairs although gradual definitely can notice the painting throughout the new cupboards new carpet in half still more to occur.we were affected greatly first by covid and most recently by floods at a huge cost we are slowly getting much needed renovations.Thanks for your concern.

This person quite abusive to my wife (I was away unfortunately but seen and heard the CCTV footage) - Obviously has no compassion as we were dealing with a Family members passing on this day and my wife was on phone organising things so didn't make it to the door on time. Unfortunately, spilled coffee in the room, tried to clean it up, used bathroom mats. Rinsed the mats in sink. Thought i had done a good job. Manager rang me , told me i was an awful human being for spoilling his towels. He could not get coffee stains out of towels. Very abusive. Found out he charged my card 50$ for cleaning/ replacing two bathroom mats. Would have been happy to pay to replace towels, but seiously, what do you do when an accident occurs? I thought i was doing my best to clean place. The managers call to me was seriously abusive. He was sooo rude. Does he have the right to take $50 from my credit card without asking or telling me? He called me a horrible human being

Hi AnnApologies you felt my manager was rude and i will discuss his phone manner.Unfortunately although you thought you were doing the right thing there is signs in room explaining you will be charged for any extra cleaning and coffee stains on White towels do not perfectly wash out no ,matter how good of a cleaner/bleach we use.It is very frustrating as our linen is brand new (literally arrived Monday) and commonly stained with makeup, coffee and wine and becomes extremely expensive to constantly replace and is not just Kmart or big w brand.We then get complaints of dirty and stained linen.If you had approached us we would happily of supplied some cloths or rags to clean your mess.Again I do apologise that you felt you were spoke to rudely.

As reported to your staff, I swallowed a mouthful of water from the jug in the fridge and almost vomited immediately after. This condition remained for several hours. It seems that the water in the jug had been in the fridge for some time as it was almost completely frozen. We left the ice in the wash basin. Otherwise, we appreciated the generous room allocated to us and the friendly service. This feed back is given in the spirit of allowing you to improve already excellent service.

Great stay! I’ve booked here three times and each has been brilliant - the last two I’ve been upgraded that was superb. Great helpful and friendly staff, spacious rooms with really comfortable bed and facilities.

Great stay in Casino, down to the river.
Excellent stay. I stayed two nights and the second time I came (having checked out but my travel plans changed) I was upgraded to a superb suite. Restaurant is closed due to refurbishment after the floods earlier in the year, but no reason not to stay here as there’s plenty of food in Casino. Great stay and I’m sure I’ll be back.
