"Excellent location.Safe area and walkable to everything.Mist of the staff at the lobby were respectful and willing to assist us in every way,with one exception-Mr.Perez- who spoke to me as if I was someone ignorant when I was trying to buy a Spanish abanico(he needs to improve his people skills).I would like to praise Jesus,who was in the breakfast area- he was so kind!!He even shared with me how they make the Santiago tart!!and made himself available to take pictures of us on the New Year’s Eve...

"Booked the terrace room with Pilar view. I don’t believe that room exists. It’s either terrace with river view or no terrace with Pilar view. The photos online were very deceiving. We did enjoy the breakfast buffet. The location is great. "

"Very nice hotel centrally located near the Plaza Pilar, Plaza España and the old town. Transportation is readily available to take you anywhere in the cith from the Plaza de España. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My oly negative is that the rooms might benefit from a refresh of the carpet and beds."

"We booked a family room for 4 persons; the room was actually a 2 bedroom suite, with one room having a king bed, the other bedroom having 2 single beds, a small "living room" with tv and sofa, and two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi tub. Very pleasantly surprised! Beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast buffet was huge with lots to choose from. We only stayed one night but we loved this hotel!"
