"If I could give this hotel 20 stars, I would. It’s practically brand new (less than five months old) and everything about it is exceptional. The location is perfect—right across from the bus station, with a pedestrian walkway behind the hotel that leads you through all the best shops in Bari, straight into Old Town and down to the ocean. No cars, just a beautiful walk. The hotel itself is state-of-the-art, thoughtfully designed, fully accessible, and equipped with fast, modern elevators. Every detail in the rooms is well planned and comfortable. Parking is incredibly convenient—just about 20 steps to the right of the hotel. It can be a little tricky to find at first, but once you do, it couldn’t be easier. The staff truly made the experience. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and attentive. The included breakfast was outstanding—one of the best we’ve had. And the rooftop bar? Absolutely amazing. Great atmosphere, excellent food, a talented chef, fantastic music, and a bartender who really made the experience special. This hotel exceeded every expectation. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"I would highly rate the location of this hotel. It is 2 minutes away from the main square and getting into Sassi. 10/10 if you're looking for a place close to the tourist attractions, but don't want to drag your bags through the stairs of the Sassi. The rooms were very clean, and were left very clean every day by the cleaners. It does feel more like a business hotel than a vacation hotel. The staff was alright, they weren't super friendly, but they weren't rude either - which made us feel more like a business hotel type of vibe. The parking situation is confusing - they do have a parking garage for €18/night, however it's first come first serve, so not guaranteed to get a place. BUT, it's also in the ZTL zone - they do make you sign a form with your license plate to make sure you don't get fined, but I'd say rather find parking in the nearby streets outside ZTL or there's a parking garage 3-4 mins walking distance that's outside ZTL. This communication of parking was also alright from the hotel, and it was more so of figure it out yourself. Don't get me wrong, the staff is nice, but the hotels we stayed in, in rest of Italy, the hospitality there was next level, which is why the staff here felt average. But overall, highly recommend this hotel for the cleanliness, top location, breakfast, good rooms!"

"Good buffet breakfast. Main downside of the hotel related to eco friendliness, including the quantity of disposable cups used in the dining room and bedrooms - paper but containing plastic and unable to be recycled. Also, despite a sign on the bathroom door about their eco policy and reusing of towels, all the towels we left hanging up for reuse were replaced."

"The room was really clean. I really enjoyed their shower and water. Pressure was amazing. It was my first night in Italy and as an American it was hard for me to adjust to the time change. I ended up staying up until 5am and then I overslept. Checkout is 11 AM. They were very accommodating and let me have an extra hour so I could get ready for the day."
