The cabin is quaint, bright and airy. It is NOT young family oriented. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials - dishes, pots & pans, etc. There's a crock pot and blender. There is a turntable and some vinyl records and some books and a few games. There are no media players or dvd's. The back yard is lovely but don't plan on grilling. The gas grill pictured is rusty as is a small charcoal grill. Plenty of wood for enjoying a fire but no tools for tending it. Nice bedroom and bathroom and there is a huge washer and dryer. Prepare to wash the towels when you leave...(it's part of the instructions). We had to purchase batteries for the living room remote and the back of that remote is cracked (as is the surface of the stove). Be careful of the coffee table! The leg came off when we were trying to move it closer to the couch. All the window coverings are pleated paper with clips. Never have seen that before! Bath items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash & cotton swabs provided. The biggest issue is a photo that suggests being able to "walk to the lake" and the photo shows steps & a railing to a grassy area with a bench. If that's true the owner needs to provide instructions. Even the property manager had no idea where that is and said it's a 1/2 mile walk to the lake. Very desceptive and disappointing! All in all I would give this property a 5 out of 10. I suggest the owner remove inaccurate photos. Prepare to drive a ways to anywhere.
