"Lovely views and relaxing holiday"

"Villa Carlota is easily the nicest place we have ever stayed. The sunset views of the Mediterranean / Alicante are some of the finest in the world. It was just a short walk to the Bol Nou Cove which had gentle, clear water for the kids. Be sure to bring water shoes as the stones can be a bit hard on the feet. Claude and Elena were very helpful and responsive throughout. Highly recommend!"

Jason was extremely accommodating and helpful, and the villa was fully equipped with all the required facilities and the fridge was very kindly stocked up for our arrival. The villa was based in an amazing location, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat! 😊"

"Met personally by hosts Jason and Mirabel. Nice people. Able to leave luggage securely and walk to local restaurant (2 mins) until check in. Villa much bigger than it seems with loads of beds, seating and private spaces. Jason leaves a really well stocked basics pantry including beer and juices so no need to rush to supermarket. Everything you need for preparation of food and keeping drinks cold. Large laundry room. Sauna if you need extra heat. Large younger kids family room with boys and girls...

"We were one of three families to stay together at this fantastic villa. Our party comprised of 7 adults, 2 older children, 3 toddlers/younger children and 1 baby. This is the most people the Villa caters for. It was great. The Villa is well equipped for babies and toddlers. They provided us with three cots. They were full sized travel cots with good quality, thick mattresses. Bedding was provided for the cots. We also requested three high chairs and a baby bouncer chair and they were all good...

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Agatha. It felt like such a luxurious place for us to stay as a family. The interior (and exterior) design of the villa is absolutely beautiful and everywhere looks like it belongs in a magazine. The kitchen was probably the most well equipped kitchen of any that we have had at self-catering accommodation. We enjoyed using all of the outside space, particularly being able to eat outside under the pergola and out on the terraces. The pool was a great size...

"We know Alicante well so knew what we were likely to expect. A really large garden beautifully maintained with multiple social and dining spaces is a very rare commodity. The house lies close to the branch train line and some people might find the noise intrusive. The house is old fashioned, which we liked, but in 7 days we hardly went inside except to sleep. We don't like air conditioning so we didn't mind that there wasn't any. It's really all about the outdoor spaces, and they were like sets...

"We stayed as a family of 5 with youngest aged 11. We loved the villa and the description was spot on. Very quiet area which suited us perfectly and we hired a car to get to the beaches etc . As described there is some construction going on the area and there was opposite us but we are fairly early risers so it really didn’t disturb us. The hosts were excellent with contact and the villa is so well stocked, it really is a home from home. Would Definately stay again!"

"We’ve just returned from a gorgeous week away in this lovely villa. We were a family of 6 & it was just perfect with all the amenities you’ll need. The Villa has a lovey veranda with beautiful sea views & gorgeous sunrises & sunsets. The veranda has comfy seating overlooking the pool which we paid extra to heat. The pool was large enough for kids and adults to play in with plenty of loungers & umbrellas. The Villa also has plenty of other seating areas to spread out if you want a bit of peace &...

"We have just returned for a weekend stay at this villa and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. After renting villas for years this is the worst one I’ve ever come across the photos do this villa no justice as soon as you open the front door your greeted with a smell of raw sewage that runs through the whole building, the whole villa and the outhouse building has not been cleaned in years the cooking areas are awash with grease and grime, the property is littered with broken cracked...

"Excellent property - good location with walking distance to most amenities (supermarket, bars, cafes and restaurants) Especially loved the outside areas which are great - pool is excellent as is the bbq area and volleyball!"

"Stunning location on the rocks with wonderful views of the sea, El Campello and Benidorm. Several terraces to seek a different view, some shade or peace and quiet. Swimming off the rocks just a few steps out of the door. Fantastic host who couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely go back again."
