"Le logement est enfoncé dans un sous-sol. Il y a des traces de remontés d'humidité dans tout le logement. De ce fait, il y a une forte odeur d'humidité et de moisissure dans tout le logement. La propriétaire a mis un diffuseur de parfum extrêmement fort. Je suppose pour masquer les mauvaises odeurs. La chasse d'eau des wc ne fonctionne pas correctement. Réponse de la propriétaire lorsque nous lui avons signalé le problème "appuyez très fort sur le bouton". Une blague ? Il y avait une ouverture...

"We were a group of 5 people visiting Naples for 5 days. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked. There was a gift basket from the owners, and the communication with them was excellent. Fiammetta was very accommodating, and responsive. If you are planning visiting Napoli, don’t hesitate to book this apartment."

"This is a big apartment, centrally located which accommodated 8 adults with ease. We had everything we needed and a great choice of cafes for breakfast in the neighbourhood. Having two bathrooms was very useful for the group and kitchen facilities for coffee and snacks etc. Our host Vittorio was always on hand if we needed him and checked in with us on our first day. Would recommend for any group wanting a great apartment in a great location!"

"There was no Internet connection during our stay in apartment. In addition cellphones do not work inside apartment because of weak signal. When you need to make a phone call you go outside. When you go outside you need keys and because we had only one set of keys with knob which turns on the light in apartment my wife had to wait me in the dark."

"The apartment was clean and tidy. There were one or two gripes. There wasn't a kettle in the kitchen so we used the hob to boil water for coffee in the morning. Halfway through the holiday, the host offered to clean the apartment but at our cost and said that the linen change is scheduled regularly at no cost We said that we would keep the apartment clean during our stay. However, there was no linen change during our entire 2 week stay which we found strange. Apart from that, we had a good stay."

"We had a lovely stay in the Villa, it was mostly as described (except I explicitly asked if there were three double beds and assured there were, there wasn’t, there are two double beds). It had a few extras like foosball and ping pong tables plus balls for the pool. The facilities were great and the host was really lovely. On hand for any queries throughout our stay, nothing was too much. The only downside was the general location of the Villa. The lane itself was nice but the area it is in was...

"Very good communication before and during stay. The owner met us at the property on arrival and delivered a very concise brief of the property and surrounding area. He also came in most days to service the swimming pool etc. The property is ideally located, only a 20 minute drive into Naples. Would deffinately recommend it to friends etc."
