Equipment: Electric kitchen and oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, terrace furniture, air conditioning, TV.

Surroundings: Community garden of 200m² with swimming pool of 60m². Private parking within community garage. Sea and beach at 400m, shops and pharmacy at 500m. At 400m there is a wonderful way from Sant Pol-S’Agaró to the Conca beaches, each one with his particular charm.
