House of 185m2 located in one of the Costa Brava's prime tourist destinations only 2km from the beach and 30km from Girona's Airport. It is spread over two floors and features an outdoor area with a garden and a private 8x4m pool open all year round, hammocks, barbecue, chill-out area and outdoor furniture. The lower floor includes a living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and a suite-style bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The upper floor features a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with an American-style bunk bed for 3 guests, a bathroom with shower and a double terrace with a jacuzzi. It has a Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, winter heating, television, Wi-Fi throughout, parking for 3 cars and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 35 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
