    Penthouse located in the Politur urbanization, 10 minutes walking from Cala Rovira, and 15 minutes walking from the center of Platja d'Aro. It is a very quiet community, ideal for families with children.
    It consists of 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with shower. It is equipped with wash machine and dry machine.
    It has a living room with access to a terrace overlooking the sea and the community garden.
    The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
    You can use the pool of the El Caracol Restaurant, a few meters from the community.

Très bel appartement spacieux et lumineux, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Tout est comme sur les photos. La vue est incroyable. Très bon accueil. Balançoires et table de ping-pong dans le jardin juste en bas (on peut regarder les enfants depuis le balcon). 4 accès gratuits à la piscine de l'Annex qui est à 5 minutes à pieds. Cala Rovira à 10 minutes à pieds. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Merci !A améliorer : il manque une poubelle dans la salle de bains. Dommage que les draps et serviettes soient en supplément. Le sol semblait propre à notre arrivée mais nous avons eu les pieds tout noir après 5 minutes. Difficile de se garer le samedi et dimanche.
