    The complex has four swimming pools, NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE RESERVATION. ALL ARE EXTRA PAID SERVICES. Prices available at the building’s concierge. Communal pool (opening date: 15/06, closing date: 15/09).



    It is located 150 m from the supermarket, 300 m from the sandy beach of Empuriabrava, 16 km from Peralada Golf Course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 65 km from Girona Airport. Situated in a family-friendly residential area.



    The accommodation includes garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning in the living room, communal pool and television.



    The open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob is equipped with a fridge, microwave, washing machine, tableware, kitchen utensils and coffee maker.

bien situé ,grand appartement, possession de l'appartement trop tard on perd une journée, la clim dans les chambres se serait bien surtout avec la canicule
