It is located 600 m from the supermarket, 1 km from the sandy beach, 1 km from the natural park “Aiguamolls de l’Empordà”, 2 km from the Muga River, 10 km from the water park “Aquabrava”, 16 km from the “Peralada” golf course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 65 km from Girona airport. It is situated in an area ideal for families and within a residential development.

Bel appartement bien placé au calme

l'appartement est bien équipé, propre, de grande pièce, un super balcon avec un belle vue, deux grandes salle de bain, nous étions début juin et c'était très calme. la place de parking en souterrain est vraiment petite, on peut se garer à l'extérieur, une place extérieur privée aurait été top.
