Traumhafte Umgebung und himmlische Ruhe

Sehr entspannt und wunderbar. Wir haben uns treiben lassen und die Umgebung genossen. Unser Fischerhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen und durch die Lage konnten wir Empuriabrava komplett zu Fuß erkunden.

Klimatisiertes Fischerhaus

Wunderbare Wohnanlage! Am Anfang haben wir etwas mit den Ameisen gekämpft, aber dank Ameisenpulver haben wir sie in den Griff bekommen. Sehr gutes Internet! Die Lage war perfekt, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Attention , la location correspond à la troisième maison sur la photo fournie .. et non à la 1 ere, comme elle le laisse supposer. Belle situation au sein de la marina !

Erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Im Großem und Ganzen hat uns der Urlaubsort samt Domizil gut gefallen. Die Insel Karthago ist ein abgeschlossenes und daher ruhiges Wohngebiet. Für diese Ruhe nahmen wir den längeren Weg zum PKW-Abstellplatz und zur Müllentsorgung gerne in Kauf. Leider war die uns zugeordnete Parkbox sehr eng und einschränkend mit Steinsäulen umgeben, die das Einparken für größere Fahrzeuge erschwerten. Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Geschätzt haben wir die vorhandene und neuwertige Klimaanlage. Es konnten nur spanische Fernsehprogramme empfangen werden. . Die enge Treppe mit fehlendem Geländer im oberen Teil eignet sich nicht für gehbehinderte Personen. Genossen haben wir die ab Mittag schattige Terrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen.

Bel emplacement

La maison/apparemment est idéalement situé(e) sur la Marina, en impasse. La vue sur l'eau et sur les bateaux est très appréciable et reposante. Attention, toutefois, certains voisins belges ou hollandais se sont crus en maisons individuelles à la campagne et ont organisé des fêtes tres bruyantes... Cela peut déranger. C'était début août. C'est le seul inconvénient. Nous avons apprécié la terasse, le lave-vaiselle et le lave-linge. Une climatisation aurait été la bienvenue pour un sommeil réparateur. Très bonne réactivité de l'agence en cas de besoin.

Ein schönes, gepflegtes und sauberes Haus.

Sehr schönes liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht, die ruhige Lage, nicht weit zum Strand, die Ausstattung ist weit über dem üblichen Durchschnitt, in der Nähe sind schöne und gemütliche Restaurants. Wir hatten das Ferienhaus als 4-köpfige Familie mit 2 Kindern für 10 Tage gemietet und waren rundum zufrieden.

Tout top. L'idéal seraittour de mm de pouvoir bénéficier d'un chariot pour le transport des bagages. Avec deux bébés et un enfant de 5 ans, cela a fait beaucoup de manutention pour tout amener du parking à la maison

maison typique pêcheur

Cette maison est tout à fait typique pêcheur, nous nous sommes vraiment régalés. Depuis toute la maison vous voyez le canal, et les bateaux. La maison est très bien entretenue, et nous avons vraiment apprécié le quartier, les enfants pouvaient jouer devant la maison sans aucun risque, Nous allons à la plage à pied ainsi qu'au centre, tout se trouve à proximité. Il y a beaucoup d'activités pour les grands et les petits Nous recommandons cette maison.

Très belles vacances.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette maison typique pêcheur devant le port. La maison est très agréable, les chambres à l'étage, avec vue sur l'eau depuis toute la maison. Elle est très bien équipée. elle se trouve dans un petit quartier fermé et très privé, Nous avons apprécié le calme. Les enfants pouvaient jouer en toute tranquilité dans les rues de cette petite communauté. Je recommande Empuriabrava, pour toutes les activités proposés aux familles, ses ballades en vélos, les plages, nous avons été enchantés.
