It has two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom. Two terraces are at your disposal, one of which is 4 m2 and a solarium of about 15 m2 with a superb view over the bay of Rosas. It's equipped with tv sat, air conditioninf in the living room, washing machine and dish washer.

Leuke accomodatie met prachtig uitzicht en op toplocatie

Leuk appartement met geweldig uitzicht, op perfecte locatie. Wel wat achterstallig onderhoud en knullig dat het water dat de airco uit de lucht haalt in een emmer komt die vaak geleegd moet worden, i.p.v. dat dit op de rioolafvoer is aangesloten. Verderprima verblijf!
