Goertz und Partner offers you this pleasant apartment with views of the canal for tourist rental. The property is located in the Pattaya building in Empuriabrava, just 700 meters from the beach and 400 meters from businesses. You can leave your car in the private underground parking space that is included in your rental, and walk to the beach. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, dining room, kitchen and a terrace overlooking the canal. On the terrace you will find a round outdoor table with four chairs and an awning for sunny days. In the dining room we have a sofa bed for two people, a table, four chairs, a cabinet where you will find the television, DTT, internet. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, an electric oven, an Italian coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and everything you need to cook. We also have air conditioning in the dining room (the remote control is hanging on the wall).The bathroom has a shower, a top-loading washing machine, a mirror cabinet where you will find a hair dryer. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190) and two bedside tables. In the built-in wardrobe there are four pillows (40 x 70), hangers and the folding clothesline. On the nightstand you will find the fan control. The underground parking space is located just 200 meters from the property (No. 95). (Height limit 180 cm) Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Sheets and towels not included in the price (possibility of renting for €25/person)
