  • This bright and compact beachfront studio in Empuriabrava offers 25 m² of living space and accommodates up to 3 guests. Located just 50 meters from the sandy beach and close to restaurants and shops, it’s perfect for a relaxing seaside escape. Set on the 7th floor, the studio features a private 4 m² terrace with stunning sea views.

    The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Guests can enjoy air conditioning in the living room, satellite TV, and optional Wi-Fi. The studio includes a bunk bed and a single sofa bed, making it ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small families. Pets are welcome upon request.

    Conveniently located near Aquabrava Water Park (9 km), Peralada Golf Course (16 km), Figueres AVE/TGV station (20 km), and Girona Airport (65 km), the studio is well-connected for exploring the Costa Brava. A refundable security deposit is required, and optional services such as bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are available. Flexible check-in is offered during the low season, with late arrivals accommodated via a secure key box.
