The living/dining room has an exit to the terrace and the swimming pool. There are three bedrooms: one with a french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with an exit to the swimming pool; another with a french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating; and the third with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The house also has a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the coffee machine (NESPRESSO) extra.
