Goertz & Partner offers this house in Empuriabrava, ideal for a family holiday with a wide variety of nearby activities. The house, east-facing with pool views, is located in the Gran Reserva residential complex, which features interior walkways, gardens with plants and flowers, and several grassy pools.
In addition to the community pools, the house has a private pool for the 18 private residences, with direct access from the terrace and unlimited use. Upon entering the house you will find a guest toilet; at the back a climate-controlled dining area, and to the right an equipped open-plan kitchen. The terrace has stairs leading directly to the community garden with pool.
Upstairs are three bedrooms with double beds and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom, the largest, features a double bed, private bathroom, and air conditioning. The open kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
Parking is possible in front of the house garage, although access may be limited.HUTG: 020378

Comfortable town-house in great location

A comfortable townhouse with terrace and direct pool access. Great location just a short walk from the beach, restuarants and shopping. We made good use of both the beach and pool, and enjoyed renting a boat to explore the nearby coastline. The weather was a little warmer than we were expecting: highs of 30-35 C rather than the 25-30 C expected, so the two bedrooms without a/c got quite hot.
