The property is located 1 km from PLAGE EMPURIABRAVA sand beach, 1 km from the supermarket, 1 km from the from the restaurant, 2 km from MUGA river, 2 km from PARC NATUREL AIGUAMOLLS nature reserve, 4 km from AQUABRAVA water park, 5 km from PITCH & PUT CASTELLO golf course, 15 km from FIGUERES train station, 70 km from AEROPORT GIRONA airport. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood next to the sea.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, 150 m² terrace, barbecue, iron, safe, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, alarm, air conditioning throughout the house, private swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, French).

In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.



The house is particularly suitable for family stays with children.

The groups of young people ( under 30 years old ) coming to enjoy the nightlife in Empuriabrava will not feel comfortable in the building because, to respect the well being of all, we ask our customers not to organize parties and other festive evenings in the apartments after 22h.



The establishment is non smoking and the animals are not accepted



Pets are not allowed.



The Tourist Tax for Roses is 2€ per person/per night up to a maximum of 7 nights (anyone under the age of 16 years is exempt).



On the day of your arrival you will have to pay the security deposit of 1500€ ( credit card)

Tolles Haus mit tollen Einrichtung und Poolgarten

Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet für 8 Personen mit Großem Salzwasser Pool und eigenen direkten Zugang zum Kanal, wo man eigenen Boot parken kann oder schwimmen. Sonne Strand und Meer. Zentrum Empuriabrava , sowie große Strand 20 min Fußmarsch.Geschäfte , Restaurant , Fahrrad / Boot Verleih alles in der Nähe. Am ersten Tag waren nur vier Liegen da , obwohl das Haus für acht Personen Platz bietet. Der Vermieter hat uns zwei Tage später zusätzliche vier liegen gebracht. Es war dann wunderschöne erholsame Urlaub. Alles vorhanden. Vielen Dank für tollen Urlaub

Belle maison , moderne , dans la marina . Parfaite pour amarrer un bateau Petit bémol : la climatisation fonctionne très mal dans les chambres Invasion de fourmis
