Modern 4-bedroom villa with a private pool, near the beach.

  • On your arrival you will be greeted by Gisèle, Nicolas We have a sense of hospitality for having run guest rooms in st pey de castets (33) near st emilion for 18 years.
    At the villa you will find a private swimming pool and a large covered terrace for your meals. The villa consists of 4 large bedrooms with 160x200 beds and 1 children's room with 2 90x200 beds on the ground floor (all bedding is new) POSSIBLE TO RENT IN TWO BEDROOMS IN JUNE OR SEPTEMBER.
    You can also enjoy the terrace in the shade with its barbecue/plancha for your summer evenings.
    The sandy beach is only 1.5km away.
    Close to shops (10 minutes walk)(pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc.) and you have a large market on Saturday mornings on the beach promenade.
    Bed linen and towels provided.
    Pets will not be allowed on the villa.
    In the land of Salvador Dali you can visit his museum in Figueres, visit his house in Portlligat Cadaques, an all-white fishing village.
    You are also 1h30 from Barcelona for lovers of big cities.
    Various hiking trails for walkers to admire the bay of Cadaques.
    Visits to the canals by electric boat to admire beautiful villas.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Auch mit 6 Personen hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Die Lage ist o.k., bis zum Strand sind es ca 20 Minuten. Keine 5 Minuten entfernt gibt es einen Bäcker, kleinen Supermarkt und einige Restaurants. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Barney (Hauskatze) ist super lieb.

Leuke vakantiewoning met goed uitgeruste keuken.

Heel vriendelijke eigenaars die ons gied ontvingen. Boven 3 gerieflijke slaapkamers en badkamer. Gelijkvloers heel goed uitgeruste keuken, slaapkamer met twin beds ok, kleine badkamer met douche in bad wat beetje gevaarlijk is voor ouderen. BBQ top. Zwembad ok. Huiskat Barney superlief... een leuke plus voor dierenliefhebbers. Echt niet storend.. voor ons integendeel. Verhouding prijs/kwaliteit ok. Een inloopdouche zou een plus punt zijn.

Maison Idéale pour un séjour familial à Empuriabrava

Très bon accueil des propriétaires à notre arrivée. Maison au calme bien située proche des commerces et à 1/4 heure à pied de la mer. La maison est bien équipée et les lits sont confortables. Nous étions 8 et tout ce petit monde à passé d'agréables vacances. Je recommande

Notre séjour a été très agréable ! La maison est impeccable, fonctionnelle et bien située. Les propriétaires sont accueillants Et disponibles si besoin. A faire absolument !!
