Goertz & Partner offers this charming house in Empuriabrava, 10 minutes on foot from the beach, restaurants, and shops. On a 612 m² plot, it features a large 29 m² pool and a terrace perfect for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or relaxing (barbecue available). Parking for 2 cars inside the property.
The house accommodates up to 10 people and is divided into two independent areas: the main house with garage and an annex apartment. The main house has a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and all appliances, 4 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms and 1 small bathroom, utility room with washing machine, and a 50 m² living-dining room with TV, WIFI, and pool access. Bedrooms have double beds of 90 cm (suite with Italian shower).
The annex apartment has a small kitchen, climate-controlled living room with TV, full bathroom with shower, and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la villa était très confortable, très bien équipée, bien placée et conforme à l annonce.
