Beautiful spacious and modern villa of 170sqm., Design decoration, air conditioning (hot and cold), with private heated pool in the quiet Pení (Pani). Near the beach, downtown shops and restaurants.

The villa is composed of a kitchen open to the living room of 45m ² with dining room, a large flat screen TV (French TNT, foreign channels), a sofa bed 140cm long, a large dining table for 8 / 10 people, an equipped American kitchen.

An air-conditioned room with a bed of 160cm with private bathroom open (shower, toilet and sink).
An air-conditioned room with a set 180cm (two beds of 90cm contiguous) with sight on the swimming pool.
A room with 2 beds of 90cm separated by a bedside table.
A second bathroom with bath, washbasin and wc.

The air-conditioned studio, attached to the villa and accessible by the external entrance and
equipped with a bed of 180cm (2x90cm contiguous) and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Upstairs, accessible by the external staircase, a studio of 25 m² air-conditioned with a bed of 180cm (2x 90cm contiguous), a sofa bed of 120cm, a flat screen TV, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilets.

On the ground floor, you will find a large sunny swimming pool, a pleasant summer lounge and deckchairs, a large table for 14 people for evening meals near the barbecue, a covered terrace of 20m² to eat out in all season...

South facing area of 80m² around the heated swimming pool of 8.70mx 3.30m, 1.10m to 1.40m deep (27m²) with whirlpool baths and hydromassage jets integrated with the pool temperature. A waterfall is scattered in the pool.

Villa is goed bevallen qua indeling en locatie. Wij waren met 8 volwassenen, 2 kinderen en 1 baby. Er zijn echter wel een paar minpuntjes . Er was bv nergens een rol wc-papier, de stoelen buiten zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Zijn niet comfortabel om op te zitten, en verschillende stoelen waren erg gammel. Ook was het jammer dat er bij het zwembad nergens een schaduwplek was dmv parasol of schaduwdoek. Positief was, dat we meteen andere (katoenen) lakens kregen voor de kinderen, ipv de satijnen die er lagen.

Bonjour,Nous louons avec nos amis 3 maisons tous les ans et c’est la première fois que je vois une maison aussi mal entretenue et délabrée.Mais les soucis n'ont pas commencé à ce moment, avant notre arrivé le propriétaire nous informe que nous devons payer 100 euros de plus (que nous avons payé en espèce à notre arrivé) pour le linge de maison alors que ce n’est pas indiqué dans l'annonce.La piscine de la villa n’est pas chauffée alors qu’il est indiqué dans l'annonce qu elle l'est. Nous l’avons signalé au propriétaire, celui-ci nous a envoyé sur les roses.Ensuite l'état de la maison est catastrophique, la porte fenêtre de la terrasse de ferme pas et sa poignée extérieure absente (d'après les commentaires cassé en 2017 et jamais remplacé), ce qui était gênant pour la coulisser de l'extérieur pour la personne dormant dans la chambre indépendanteConcernant le système de chauffage, il nous a fallu 2 jours pour avoir un peu près chaud à l'intérieur, pas étonnant étant donné que la porte de la terrasse ne ferme pas Ensuite nous constatons, le plan de travail de la cuisine est cassé, lampe qui pend au-dessus de la douche, peinture qui craquèle partout au plafond, détecteur de fumée absent, poignée de la porte d'entrée rafistolée, tableau électrique non protégé, douche dans un état immonde et détériorée.Je ne vous parle même pas de l'installation électrique extérieure avec des câbles volants.L'état de la maison est déplorable, il y a beaucoup mieux et pas plus cher

Das Haus war super!! Alles in einem Top Zustand. Sowohl der Pool draußen als auch der Whirlpool haben für eine sehr erholsame Zeit gesorgt. Man kann nichts bemängeln, denn das Haus war perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach eine sehr schöne Unterkunft

Stage cyclisme et vacances entre amis

Maison idéalement située. Confortable pour un grand nombre de personnes avec ses 5 CH et 4 SDB. Groupe de 10 personnes séjournant pour effectuer un stage de vélo dans la région. Propriétaire et personne chargée de l’installation en apparence à l’écoute et disponibles. La maison présente des dysfonctionnements ( les chasses d’eau – les portes fenêtres – les accès de l’intérieur vers l’extérieur). Le disjoncteur fait beaucoup de bruit, problème de surtension. Par exemple ;La chambre avec accès depuis l’extérieur possède une porte fenêtre avec un trou dedans (obligés de mettre un papier carton dedans) et obligation de fermer les volets sinon on peut rentrer de l’extérieur). Chasse d’eau qui ne fonctionne pas ou très mal, poignée d’accès qui nous reste entre les mains… Problème de propreté, nous avons refais le ménage dans les chambres car il y avait plein de poussières sous les lits…ce n’est pas normal. A la lecture des différents avis se sont des dysfonctionnements récurrents. Sommes écœurés d’avoir du donner un dédommagement pour que des travaux soient effectués, aucune discussion possible. Alors que de premier abord la communication était très satisfaisante. Locataires expérimentés. 4 à 5 locations par an depuis 10 ans. Cette situation est une première.

Tolles Haus

Wir waren für 2 wochen mit insgesamt 11 Personen in dem Haus. 6 Erwachsene und 5 kinder ( 7 bis 15 Jahren) Das Haus hat wirklich alles was man benötigt. Der Pool ist ein Highlight. Der Hausmeister guckt regelmäßig nach dem pool. Bei fragen oder wünschen konnte man sich an die Agentur wenden, die auch immer reagiert haben. Wir haben den Platz als ausreichend empfunden. Am Pool hat uns ein Sonnenschirm gefehlt. Da war abends gerne gemütlich in der Sitzlounge am pool gesessen haben , war der platz mit 4 sitzplätzen dann doch sehr wenig. Haben uns dann Stühle von der Essgruppe dazugeholt. Die Betten haben wir als super empfunden. Die Matratzen waren Hard. Die klappcouch im oberen Appartement müsste mal erneuert werden. Die quietscht und ist schon ziemlich durchgelegen. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Das geht sicherlich noch besser.. Ruhige Gegend. Zu Fuß ca 20 min Richtung Strand. Mit dem Auto keine 5min. Super park möglichkeiten und alles kostenlos. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit

Superbes vacances

Très belle maison, située dans un endroit calme, et apaisant. La maison a tout ce qu’il faut. La piscine est très belle, avec un jacuzzi et une petite cascade d’eau qui la rendent encore plus attractive pour les enfants et les grands Tout est très propre, nous n’avons manqué de rien!

Un séjour remarquable

Nous avons passés un séjour exceptionnel dans la maison qui est très spacieuse, très bien équipée, très fonctionnelle et très lumineuse. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée et dont la température était parfaite et l'entretien nickel. La région est magnifique , bref super séjour. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui répond très vite et donne de très bon conseils. Encore un grand merci à lui ainsi qu'à Catherine et Sarah. A renouveler !

Bei Ankunft leider etwas enttäuscht , die Wohnung war nicht gelüftet , es roch modrig , man musste hier erst mal gründlich durchlüften, anscheinend waren wir die 1. Mieter in diesem Jahr. 1 Dusche funktionierte leider nicht , laut Hausverwaltung wäre das leider nicht möglich gewesen, diese vor der Vermietung zu reparieren. Lage des Hauses war gut ,

Schönes Haus mit Potential

Das Haus ansich ist wirklich schön, auch war es wirklich sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Der Pool ist schön und die Dusche und die Whirlpool-Funktion stechen heraus. Über kleinere Mängel (z.B. einzelne fehlende Poolfliesen) sehe ich gerne hinweg, weil dies unserer Freude keinen Abbruch getan hat und es perfekt nunmal nicht gibt. Sehr unglücklich war in unseren Augen aber, dass eine Terassentür sowie die Tür nach draußen aus einem der Schlafzimmer nicht abschließbar waren, es war kein Riegel/Schloss vorhanden. Man musste demnach immer die Rollläden ganz runter machen, um sicherzugehen, dass kein unerwünschter Besuch eintritt. Das Schlafen in diesem Raum war deshalb nicht möglich. Bei Sicherheitsmängeln bin ich leider kritisch. Alles in allem haben wir und damit arrangiert und dennoch unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Bei Übergabe wurde uns zugesagt, dass die Sicherheitsmängel behoben werden. Am besten vor einer Buchung diesbezüglich nachfragen.

Une demeure au charme très plaisant...

Cette magnifique propriété s'inscrivant dans un excellent emplacement la rendant proche de toutes commodités (15 minutes à pied de la plage d'Empuriabrava et 10 minutes à pied du supermarché Lidl) se sera révélée sans réelle surprise le principal atout ayant permis de garantir le succès de nos vacances. La météo très clémente dont nous avions été gratifiés aura renforcé la merveilleuse impression laissée par notre séjour mémorable de deux semaines dans cette séduisante région espagnole si hospitalière. En arrivant sur les lieux, nous sommes littéralement tombés sous le charme de cette maison chaleureuse au design moderne et son hyperfonctionnalité répondant à tous vos besoins. La somptueuse piscine à débordement très rafraîchissante n'est pas non plus en reste grâce aux nombreux moments détectables qu'elle nous a offert sous le soleil de plomb qui accompagnait nos journées. Bref, cette fascinante maison de vacances n'a pas manqué d'arguments pour nous convaincre d'y reposer nos valises dès l'année prochaine...

Erst enttäuschend, dann doch noch schön

Schlüsselübergabe wurde zum Problem da wir keine gültige Handynummer bekommen hatten. Nach 13,5 Stunden Fahrt saßen wir 2 Stunden vor dem Haus, Fewo direkt konnte uns leider erstmal nicht weiterhelfen. Als das Problem endlich gelöst war konnten wir unsren Urlaub beginnen! Das Ferienhaus war wie beschrieben, top! Die Gegend ist auch toll, kommen schon seit Jahren nach Empuriabrava. Haben vor nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen, wissen nur noch nicht über welchen Anbieter.

Er waren veel dingen kapot. Achterstallig onderhoud. 3 sloten van deuren die kapot waren. Lamp bij zwembad kapot, stroom lag bloot, erg gevaarlijk bij water.(gemeld, maar niemand gezien) Afwasmachine werkte niet goed, en was veel te klein voor 10 personen. Wel genoeg serviesgoed voor handen. Slecht matras in 1 slaapkamer aan de voorkant beneden.

Good spot!!

Pros: Nice location, good size place for two families with kids. Has a pool. Cons: Hidden extra costs (bed linens and towels) and very stressful checkout (possibly due to English language). Pool was not heated enough for that time of year (15c) and almost all the door locks don’t work or don’t work well. Fix some of these small things and the place would have been a more pleasant stay.

English family of 6!

First of all we want to say that the villa and the location were perfect for a family like us...3 boys aged 10, 13 & 15. Parents and a young aging 74 year old gran. Gran went in the 'granny flat', a self contained flat with its own balcony looking down onto the pool. Very clean she says, but flushing the toilet is difficult as the button seems broken. And locking the outer door was hard! Needs some wd40! Us parents were in the garage conversion. A tidy compact double bedroom with wardrobe and shelving and ensuite. Again, locking the door was problematic, and the shower blocks easily. Easy access to pool area The 3 boys were in the main part of the villa in the 3 bedrooms. 2 are double, the other has 2 single beds. The double at the front has an ensuite. The other 2 have a separate bathroom to share. The kitchen is great, oven, hob and dishwasher. The pool is amazing. Yes it's not huge but it's so clean!!! All the time!! It has a jacuzzi at the end, lovely. Lots of space to sunbathe or sit in the shade. Large table undercover to eat at aswell as a dining area inside. The resort is lovely and unspoilt. Plenty of restaurants. And also on beach front The beach is lovely, and loads of parking. Playgrounds and footy pitches there too. You are 15 mins from Roses which is worth a visit for the beach. Lidl and Supermarkat for food. They all close at 10. Check-out day was a challenge. We'd agreed on 9.30am because that's what the owners wanted. At 9.20 Melanie, her mother and small daughter turned up to check for breakages and then all the cleaning crew were waiting on the drive. It was stressful hearing Melanie and her mum shout at each other about us in Spanish whilst the little girl ran around getting in our way!! Nevertheless an absolutely stunning place to stay.

This property is well equipped with everything you need especially in a kitchen. Perfect service and quick response by the Melanie who was first point of contact of anything we needed. We had an issue with wifi. Engineer was called in and attended in 30 min. The property is comfortable for 11 people. The studio flat with separate entrance was really loved by our teenage kids who had lots of fun and privacy. Would definitely stay at this property again.
