Goertz und Partner offers this spacious and comfortable apartment for holiday rental, located on the ninth floor of the Muga 1 building, in a quiet area of the Delta Muga sector in Empuriabrava. It's ideal for enjoying a relaxing holiday by the sea.
Upon entering, you'll find a foyer leading to a spacious living room with a modern open-plan kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, and everything you need for your stay. The apartment has two double bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and built-in wardrobes, perfect for families or groups of friends.
The apartment also features a full bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine for added convenience during your stay.
Being a corner apartment, you'll enjoy two large private terraces with spectacular views of the sea, the river, the natural park, and the mountains. Perfect for al fresco breakfasts or relaxing at sunset!
Fully equipped, the apartment has air conditioning in the living room to ensure a comfortable temperature on the hottest days.
