    It consists of a superb 10x4 meter swimming pool with a large beach for children with a superb color of river water linked to its gray coating.

    In the garden, a pétanque court will allow you to have a good time with friends and family. For the little ones but also the bigger ones, a 3.60 meter trampoline, a ping pong table, a swing set with 2 swings, 1 swing and 1 slide.

Belle semaine dans cette maison. La réalité est encore plus jolie que les photos. Les logements sont très agréables, fonctionnels et décorés avec goût. A quelques centaines de ms du centre de castelnau, on a la sensation d'être au calme, à la campagne.Propriétaire réactif si besoin.Gros défaut : on y est tellement bien qu'il est nécessaire de se "motiver" pour aller à la plage.Au total, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.CordialementChristiane et JB

Entspannter Urlaub in sehr komforteblem Haus

Wir hatten einen gelungen Urlaub mit unseren Teenagern. Das Haus bietet enorm viel Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Jeder hatte seine eigene Dusche. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und der Garten bietet enorm viel Platz zum Volleyball- oder Fussballspielen! Der Besitzer war bei Fragen jederzeit verfügbar und sehr bemüht. Wir können alles nur sehr empfehlen.

Excellent séjour en famille dans une magnifique maison

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille en août 2022 dans cette très belle maison, idéalement située, au grand calme et sans vis à vis mais à proximité immédiate de la ville et des commerces. La maison est très lumineuse, bien équipée (vous ne manquerez de rien) et très propre. En cas de forte chaleur, vous apprécierez l'air rafraichi du salon et la clim dans les chambres la nuit. Jardin et terrace spacieux et bien entretenus. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires qui se sont montrés disponibles pendant tout notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Grosses Haus mit Pool - leider nicht sauber

Das Haus ist sehr gross und fast jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Der Pool sowie die Aussenflächen sind sehr gross. Die automatische Klimaanlage ist sehr gut und man hat den ganzen Tag eine angenehme Raumtemperatur. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen. Daher ist es sehr ruhig. Ab und zu hört man die Flieger, aber das ist ja auch schön. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Mirjam hat uns das Haus bei der Ankunft gezeigt und erklärt. Schnell und sachlich. Check-Out war mit Schlüsselhinterlegung. Es gibt noch ein zusätzliches Zimmer mit Bad separat neben dem Haus. Die Beschreibungen treffen zu. Wir waren eine Woche im Haus und ich muss leider sagen, dass ich es nicht weiter empfehlen werde. Wir haben uns gemeldet, da das Haus von A bis Z nicht sauber war. Mit Staub, verkalkten Duscharmaturen, Geschirr, Teller, Backofen etc. waren wir sehr unglücklich. Somit stimmt für uns das Preis-/Leistungssystem nicht. Es ist zu teuer für 1 Woche im Sommer.

Huiselijk gevoel, zeer kindvriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader. Rustig gelegen, wij waren met de auto dus konden we overal naartoe, metro/treinstation in de buurt (nodig om naar het strand te gaan of centrum). Bij problemen: eigenaar lost deze zo snel en goed mogelijk op.

great place

We and our 2 daughters had a great time in this excellent garden with enough shadow and sun and nice created and decorated house ( villa ) on it.. Close to the city and beach , but feeling alone, no needs to leave ... ;o)

Très jolie maison, propre, bien agencée,agréable à vivre, dans un endroit calme et reposant. Nous avons été ravis de notre choix, de l'accueil qui nous a été réservé, et du contact avec les propriétaires. Location idéale avec des enfants ; je la recommande !

Villa castelnau le lez

Bonjour le séjour c'est bien passé. ... Juste que la villa est faite pour 4 adultes +2enfants max... Il y a qq petits details à régler voir infrastructure intérieur pour 6 pers... Et le prix un peu surfait pour cette villa par rapport à sa localisation. ..

De superbes vacances !

Nous avons avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille. La maison est idéalement placée à 10 min de la mer et du centre ville. Un petit coin de paradis à 5 min de Montpellier alors que l'on se sent en pleine campagne. La piscine est idéale pour se rafraîchir. La maison est rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et les propriétaires sont très sympa. A l'année prochaine
