"This location in Vernazza is truly one of a kind. The hike up to the tower is worth it every time. Porters carried our bags up to the tower which was a wonderful perk. The accommodations were perfect for our 3 nights here. We couldn't get enough of the outside patio and view any time of day. Filled with little Italian trinkets and decor it was very comfortable. Check in and out was very easy. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone."

"An sich war es sehr schön. Leider gab es in der Dusche nur selten warmes Wasser und wenn dann war der Wasserdruck im ganzen Haus schlagartig weg. Zudem war die angegeben mit alle Räume sind klimatisiert und es gibt WLAN falsch. Wir hatten für die Schlafzimmer Ventilatoren und es steckte ein Router im Wohnzimmer doch uns wurde kein Passwort gesagt. Die Aussicht war ein Traum. Der Pool war ganz ok. Leider musste man immer durchs Wasser gehen um zu den Liegen zu kommen. Das Wasser war sauber nur...

"I don’t usually write reviews but the quality of a property really shows when the unexpected happens. The rooms and pool were great and big, and the food poolside very good. But what really impressed me was Irene’s responsiveness on some early hiccups and when my wife got very sick, Federica at the front desk was a model of care and hospitality. Immediate responses to any requests, a good English speaking doctor in our room within 90 minutes on a Saturday at a very reasonable rate. Generous flexibility with checkout to help us get back on our feet. Housekeeping going to extra mile to manage our needs during illness. Thank you to all the staff and especially Frederica for all your kind care."

We had a terrible accident on our way to the hotel that left my daughter unable to walk and the staff did everything possible to to make our stay wonderful! The location is perfect! "The hotel was gorgeous- the staff was amazing, the location was perfect. There was one flaw. The WiFi was horrible on every floor except the lobby - it was constantly dropping and since cell signal in the area was bad we would have trouble utilizing the internet to find restaurants, buy tickets etc…. I am sure they will get the WiFi fixed and those hotel will be great. Even with the WiFi issues, I highly recommend it."

"The hotel lobby vibe is very energetic and positive. The staffs are amazing and helpful. My room is on the first floor with no lift access and they help us to bring up to our room and carry it down for check out. I had an injury of my wrist and needed ice compression and they were very kind to give me the ice pack for free. However, room is slightly cramped for 2 30” luggages"
