Would definately stay here again! :-)

We had a lovely, comfortable stay. The only thing was I should have stated that I'm gluten intolerant and vegetarian as breakfast was mainly bread, ham and cheese. I did have some of the bread, jam, cheese and cereals on first morning though, and it was very nice :-) Room was warm and cosy and everywhere was very, very clean.

Como sempre uma recepção acolhedora e um quarto confortável, bem climatizado e com casa de banho muito limpa e bem equipada ( produtos de higiene , espelho com lente de aumento e secador) ; enfim , tudo o que eu preciso para enfrentar bem disposta um novo dia de trabalho ( viajo por motivos profissionais).

Fel adress hos Hotels.com!!

Efter mycket problem med att hitta till hotellet eftersom adressen som hotels.com skickade ut var fel och ledde oss till en liten by 15 km från Castelo branco och då jag ringde till hotellet talade de bara portugisiska, tog det oss 2 timmar extra på kvällen. Vi hittade endast tack vare den lilla karta som medföljde hotels.com och som hade en annan gata utsatt som vi navigerade efter. Sen körde vi på känn och lyckades hitta rätt. På hotellet sa de att de hade mejlat oss dagen innan med rätt adress men då vi inte hade uppkoppling kvällen innan hade vi inte fått något. Dåligt av både hotels.com och av hotellet!! Guesthouset var fräscht med fina rum som hade fungerande uppvärmning. Fräscha badrum fanns också. Vi fick utan bekymmer byta rum då det första vi fick luktade starkt av lack då golvet var omlackat. Där hade vi inte klarat av att sova! Frukosten var en besvikelse då brödet var tinat snabbköpsbröd och alla juicerna innehöll stevia som vi är allergiska mot. Det blev en klen frukost med apelsiner och en yoghurt. Synd då det drog ner helhetsintrycket som annars var bra. Parkering fanns på gatan utanför. Ganska prisvärt dock för 40 Euro natten och gångavstånd till centrum.

Nette B&B in Castelo Branco. Ondanks matig Engels zijn eigenaren behulpzaam. Standaard ontbijt, wel voldoende geen bijzondere dingen.
