- A 20 m² bedroom with a double bed (140x190), two single beds (90x190), a wardrobe and a TV
- An en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet

On the mezzanine floor:
- A bedroom with three single beds (90x190) and a cupboard
- An en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet

On the first floor:
- Two 20m² bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190), two single beds (90x190), a wardrobe and a TV
- An en-suite shower room adjoining the first bedroom with a shower and toilet
- An en-suite bathroom adjoining the second bedroom with a bath and toilet

For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Transport:
The house is not served by public transport. We therefore recommend that you travel by car; you can park directly in the house’s private outdoor car park (up to 6 vehicles of any type).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Tarbes, 40 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Tarbes, 50 minutes by car, or Toulouse-Blagnac, 1 hour 40 minutes by car

Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- The fireplace is in working order; firewood is provided free of charge.
- Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €10 per day, for one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to favourable weather conditions.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- The owner lives in a separate part of the property. The terrace is the only communal area shared by guests.
- A slow-charge point for electric vehicles may be provided on request. A surcharge may apply.
