One bedroom has a king. The other bedroom has a queen. The living room has a full size sofa that would sleep an additional guest. Washer and dryer in kitchen. Gas grill and an awesome fire pit with seating and hammock. Wood provided. Pet friendly.

Jennifer communicated well and was very prompt to respond. The weather wasn’t good when we were there so we didn’t get the opportunity to walk around the neighborhood or check out the lake, although the view of the lake was nice. Very family friendly, games, puzzles, tv etc.

Bluebird cottage is a quaint cabin on Silver Lake. We enjoyed our time there and Jennifer was great in corresponding in a timely manner. Definitely would stay there again.

House is very cute and decorated with bluebirds throughout. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. View of lake from front window is lovely although there is no access to the lake. The house is not located on the lake front; only a view of lake through neighbors yard. This surprised me as I thought house was on the lake. We drove around the lake to find the access to the water. Walking through neighbors yard to stand at waters edge is not an option and to be respected. Very cozy and clean. One small critique is the toaster will burn your bread if you don't pop it up yourself (LOL). I would recommend the house to anyone that asks.

Perfect cottage for a girls trip. The lake-view was beautiful and the fire pit area was relaxing. The cottage was well stocked with everything we could need. The furniture, beds, and two outdoor seating ares were clean and comfortable. The Host was quick to respond to any questions or issues that we had. Would definitely stay again!

We were impressed with the cottage . Very clean and property manager was very friendly. We enjoyed fire circle and grill. Bedrooms were large.we visited the letchworth state park and saw all three falls. We enjoyed our 3 day stay. Boat rental closed on Wednesday and sunday.

It was similar to its description. I do want to point out it was dirtier than I expected it to be. There was lots of dust and old food on the floor, more than I was comfortable with. I think it needed a more thorough cleaning than what I saw when I got there. Otherwise it fit the bill for a place to stay close to letchworth state park. Has a great view of the lake, spacious, cozy.

Comfortable Stay Near Letchworth

My husband and I enjoyed are stay at this comfortable cottage. We were in the area to explore Letchworth State Park and found this place to be exactly what we needed at the end of each day in the park. The host was quickly responsive and very helpful when we had had a question.

The cottage was quite comfortable for our party of 4. Location near Letchworth State Park, the Geneseo Rail Trail, Charcoal Corral, warplane museum in Geneseo and the town of Mt. Morris provided a variety of activities for us to enjoy
