"Room was hot had to turn air con down to 16 and it still wasnt very cool in the room. Therwise Hotel was very nice."

"If I could rate this hotel minus, I would do so. It is disgraceful that such a sub-par room is sold at all, much less for the price that is being charged. Staff were lovely and attempted to help, but no offer of an upgrade into a decent room. Carpets were beyond awful. It looked like someone had used the carpet as a toilet, and smelt that way too. Bathroom was beyond dated and grout was filthy. I will never, ever stay here again. Lift your game and provide a room that fits its description"

"Staff were rude. Treated us like we didn’t belong there. Specially had check in at 11, room was not ready until after 1pm. My family and I had nowhere to go other than the pool area and sit there. We could not even get a drink from the bar as there was no one in there. The coffee shop, again same thing no staff member. The vents in the toilet and bathroom, is extremely filthy and clogged with dust. The tops of the showers and shelves did not pass the white glove test. You are rated 4.1 and I do not know how. Your hotel smelt like a fish market. Do better. If management was run correctly, this place could be truly something. And well worth coming back, at this point in time, it is not worth coming back."
