Lovely clean room, staff friendly and very helpful and good selection for breakfast

Only 1 person to clean 20 rooms so something had to give. Dinner on first night was poorly cooked and badly presented. Never had breakfast on any of the 4 mornings during our stay as we were not told by Claremont or Hotels that it was included. Great confusion over pricing and manager was nor initially helpful and it took a full blown argument in reception to make him do something. As yet we have received no written confirmation of refund agreed.

The room overlooked Douglas Bay, magnificent Sea was so calm and weather amazing The Hotel itself is quite dated and would benefit from a refurbishment, it was however very clean Good choice of breakfast items Staff friendly
