No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries.

O banheiro estava bastante ruim. Em más condições, precisa de uma reforma. O quarto é médio, os travesseiros são péssimos. Mas o pior é que na descrição informa que há ar condicionado e, de fato, há. No entanto, estava programado apenas para esquentar; fez 27 graus, o dia estava quente e o quarto mais quente ainda. Tivemos duas noites horríveis passando calor. Quando informamos o que estava ocorrendo, nos trocaram de quarto por outro supostamentemais fresco, mas não alteraram a programação do ar condicionado, ou seja, passamos calor. Agora, há uma coisa excelente, que é o atendimento da recepção. São extremamente atenciosos. E é apenas por causa deste atendimento que minha avaliação nao é pior.

Très bon séjour à l'hotel. Le personnel est très sympathique. Les chambres sont propres et la literie confortable. Concernant le petit déjeuné, nous avons été un peu déçu car il fallait redemander pour recharger le buffet que ce soit pour le pain, le jambon , le lait, etc..; Aucune baguette n'a été remise malgré notre demande alors que la jeune fille très aimable à qui nous avons demandé nous a dit qu'elle allait le faire... mais ça n'a jamais été fait. Pareil pour le jambon... même réponse toujours aussi aimable. Il aurait fallu le faire quand on demandait. Pour précision, le petit déj était servi de 6h30 à 10h et nous sommes arrivés à 8h45 donc il restait quand même 1h15 de service. C'est vraiment dommage.

Chambre correct, seul bémol on entend tout se qui se passe dans le couloir !!!! Et salle de bain qui sent le renfermé. Point positif la gentillesse du personnel et un très bon restaurant ( privilégier la carte plutôt que le menu imposé de la soirée étape qui est plutôt moyen)

Propreté à revoir

Chambre agréable mis à part une odeur de tabac froid très présente. Par contre hygiène de la salle de bain catastrophique, bac à douche immonde sur les bords et taches de moisissures sur les murs. Venant régulièrement ici je vais changer mon fusil d épaule et privilégier une chaîne présente sur la ville.

Séjour agréable, hôtel simple et efficace, quelques petits détails pourrait améliorer l expérience : une bouteille d eau, et eventuelllement un kit thé café, un réglage du système de clim/chauffage qui fait du bruit à l arrêt , et un shampouinage moquette (bien que la chambre était très propre il demeure une odeur résiduelle type tabac froid)
