"Me and my family had the best time at Coconut bay! Every employee was so nice and accommodating, the food was very good and lots of fun things to do on the resort for kids. The only downside is the main beach is the Atlantic Ocean which we found the waves were too rough to go in and enjoy the water, but that’s not the resorts fault. The resort itself was beautiful, highly recommend staying here :)"

We always felt welcomed and well taken care of, with everyone happy to help in any way possible. Dining is priced on the higher end, but that’s to be expected for a luxury resort of this caliber, and the quality matched the experience. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and offered complimentary fruit punch, which set the tone for the entire experience. Our butler, Ferguson, was extremely accommodating, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. The staff at the Cove—especially Tonya—were absolutely wonderful. As we only eat halal meat, we needed a few adjustments to the menu, and they were more than happy to accommodate our dietary needs. The two ladies at Hurricane Hole were also very kind and attentive in ensuring our meals met our requirements. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Every member of staff was incredible, and we truly felt cared for during such a special milestone."
