"The place is lovely change from the chaotic hotel/motel scenario. Everything was smooth. I originally ordered a fridge, but decline because of the up charge. When i registered us in I explained my son is Autistic and I didn’t want to leave him alone to long in the car; I ran back to my car, to let him know what I was doing( while I was gone the Front Desk lady told me she’s having the fridge in its way to my room; she said because it was for medical reasons I didn’t have pay the up charge. I was grateful for understanding my needs. "

"We loved our stay here as a family! It was the perfect spot to enjoy Monterey. We loved being close to good dining, shopping and grocery options but away from the crowds. Our rooms were so clean and comfortable and beautifully designed!"

"Fairly unique hotel with interesting decor. Elevator was not working which was a bit inconvenient. Large room. Wonderful free breakfast. Walking distance to aquarium and other attractions. Convenient downtown dining options."
