"WE CHECKED IN AT 5.30PM AND LEFT AT APPROXIMATELY 11pm THE SAME NIGHT. OUR CREIT CARD WAS RECORDED AS WHAT WAS DESCRIBED AS ESSENTIAL PART OF CHECK-IN, ALTHOUGH WE EXPLAINED THAT WE WERE THERE FOR A SHORT STAY ONLY DUE TO OUR SCHEDULED 1.30am FLIGHT TO SYDNEY THE NEXT MORNING. NOW WE FIND THAT THEY HAVE BILLED THAT CREDIT CARD FOR $150 ALTHOUGH THE ROOM HAD BEEN PAID IN ADVANCE AND WE HAD NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. THIS IS A SCAM!"
