"We have stayed at BW Casula previously and we were very happy with our stay this time as well. The Managers are very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our bed was super comfortable. We would always stay here in the future. Thank you Managers and staff."

"The property was spacious and had good potential, but felt a little run down and basic. The listing mentioned “hotel quality bedding,” though the bedding and towels didn’t meet that standard. While there was air conditioning downstairs, the single unit in the master bedroom made sleeping areas quite warm, and the pedestal fans were dusty. Some window screens were also torn, so we couldn’t open windows without bugs coming in. Communication could be improved, but with a few maintenance updates, this could be a much nicer stay."
