"Hotel was clean and staff, like most Vietnamese were lovely, very friendly and very helpful. Hard to get any information from hotel due to a little bit of communication breakdown on the day we tried, but there are plenty of tour shops around the area. A lot of construction across the road, but it will be amazing when finished."

"Clean room, great view, helpful staff, good breakfast."

"Good breakfast and very nice personal."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Dung Lai. The kind and helpful host was a highlight, as was also the location and the view"

"Except for cleaning staff, the staff were very helpful. It is just that the entire place needs a deep clean."

The gardens around the property were beautiful. The best part of our stay was the help we received from the manager, a young guy named Chilly. He took care of all transportation to and from the village, including transport back to Hanoi. He also booked an incredible Ha Long Bay day cruise for us and has...
