Nestled on a quiet street in the neighborhood of Cataumet Hills, in North Falmouth, This charming 2 bedroom home is perfect for a small family, small group of guests, traveling nurse or executive that can work remotely. Very close to restaurants, markets and amenities. A spacious open kitchen great for cooking meals and an open concept dining area with adjacent living room for relaxing. A short drive to Megansett Beach, New & Old Silver Beach, Cape Cod Rail Trail, downtown Falmouth or Mashpee Commons for great shopping! 15 minute drive to Island Queen passenger Ferry to Martha's Vineyard (Seasonal) or the Village of Woods Hole.
