"We were told on the phone we would be in house 5 but were put in 106. While the house was clean, it was very outdated. It smelled musty and it was uncomfortable to see a mousetrap in the kitchen. It had broken window blinds and screen (windows had no curtains so light came in through broken slats). It was disappointing to drive through the complex (which was very nice) and realize we were given a lower quality unit. "

"Very nice property and comfortably slept 10 people. Great veiws at the waterfront property. Not RIGHT in town, but a quick golf cart ride to town center and other wineries and such on the island. We were in late fall so didnt get a busy summer feel, nor used the pool and stuff but it was very chill when we stayed. "

"Being on the beach was a huge plus, and the cottage did have room for all six of the adults in my group to get along comfortably. There were a few minor things that differed from the listing, but nothing that could spoil our stay. The house was quite clean but also had quite a few spiders - we seemed to be the first guests of the season so again, not a deal breaker. My group is already planning a return to the island, as this was our first time visiting and we loved it!"
