"Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us."

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"Check in process was very easy! Unit was clean. Location was okay. Unfortunately, my unit was right next to the street and the construction crew started at 7am each morning. You can hear the train as well. "

"Fabulous! Apartment was exactly as pictured. View of Westminster and London Eye from balcony was extra special. Plenty of room for family of 5. Close to all transport, shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Grab some waters and essentials from the Tesco around the corner and you are all set. Would definitely return!"
