"Really liked the room and balcony. What I didn't likewas there was no restaurant on property. You can't walk along the beach unless you go down to the landing. All and all not a bad property and the highlight was the Ama restaurant and I would highly recommend it."

"Unfortunately, we were let down by Carina Bay Resort. First off, there was trash all over the property, front to back. So much so, my husband went and picked trash off the beach one evening. There are only 2 options as far as meals go, and the food was just ok. You can get food at the poolside bar after 11am, and the buffet is only open for breakfast and dinner. The lobby bar wasn't open, and the snacks in the "coffee shop" are premade muffins and cookies. When we were there, the espresso machine wasn't working either. Then to top things off, most of the staff acted like they would rather be anywhere other than there. No smiles, sometimes even being completely ignored. We do want to commend Louisa and Scott for being awesome. They were very attentive and nice. So, all in all, our stay at this "resort" was extremely disappointing. In one review someone said that if you've ever been to another all-inclusive resort, you will be very dissatisfied with Carina Bay. They were completely right."

"The property is amazing! It has some of the best views we’ve ever seen!! We never wanted to leave. Roosevelt is the absolute best!! He was there for everything we could have possibly needed. From picking us up from the airport, to maintenance around the house, to being our go-to for any island information we wanted to know. He was a great asset to have on a trip to a place none of us had never been. We will 100% stay again if and when we go back to St Croix!"

"We had a wonderful time while staying here for our vacation. The staff was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful with our questions about navigating the island. We enjoyed taking out the kayaks and using the snorkeling gear the hotel provided. The pool was warm and clean. The room was always cleaned when we needed it. Having beach towels provided was also a pleasant surprise. We stayed in an sea view room and we were impressed at the size of the room. The suite had plenty of space and comfortable chairs. We would highly recommend this resort! We can't wait to return!"
