Amenities were solid (gym, swimming pool, filtered water machine, clubhouse). Nice apartment overall, able to cook and WFH with no issue. Parking was ample, residents were friendly. Will definitely be staying here again.

Close to the beach the only bad thing is that you have to cross the busy street. close to restaurants nice beach view. All in all good value for the price.
