The condo was very spacious, the grounds very pleasant, with a nice pool. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking implements the average visitor could want. Very close to some pretty good eating places, and hiking locations.

Nice condo. Lots of space, clean, and well appointed with staples, tennis rackets and pool toys. Very central to downtown Palm Springs and the El Paseo area in Palm Desert. Balcony overlooks pond with water feature. Good instructions on checking in, passcodes etc. Enjoyed the stay very much.

Very Pleasant

Nice property. Comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the sunny deck, jacuzzi and pool. Conveniently located to shopping and activities in Palm Springs. We had some issues with the heating (it gets cold at night in the desert), but the property managers responded quickly with a resolution.

We had a good time! The place was well-stocked with most things you may need. We had a few relatively minor issues which were quickly resolved by the management team. Comfortable beds, spacious condo, in a good location. We only used the large pool, and it was clean and quiet. Nice balcony with the soothing sounds of the fountain nearby.My only real qualm is there is an unpleasant scent when you walk into the front door. The good news is you get used to it quickly, but it will hit you with each entry.

Had a problem getting in to condo but finally got in. The condo itself is great we stayed last year and if open next year will stay again. We really like this unit feels like home. It’s close to me sons house and our grandchildren’s school so we can pick them up after school. Other then not being able to get in for a short time enjoyed. I would give condo the highest rating.

Amazing stay at Canyon Shores

This unit and property exceeded our expectations on all fronts. The property is a short distance from many amenities/ shops which made grocery shopping and meals out very easy. The unit is in a great location at the back of the property, just a short walk to the tennis courts, gym and clubhouse pool/ hot tub. The grounds of the property make for a lovely stroll and we hopped around to the various pools/ hot tubs around the complex during our stay. The view from the second floor patio to the pond/ courtyard is wonderful. The unit is spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped and the two twin beds in the second bedroom were perfect for our teenage daughters. The unit is very quiet and all in all made for a fantastic two week stay to start the new year!

Felt like home

This beautiful spacious condo was a wonderful home base for our ten night stay. It has a well equipped kitchen, great appliances and a lovely outlook over the lagoon. The balcony with electric grill was a nice relaxing space to hang out after golf or hiking, and the Shabby Dog Daycare close by was a nice place for our dog to beat the heat. The complex has great pools, friendly people and is well kept. The only negative, and this is minor was that the carpets could use a deep clean…..otherwise 5 stars! Thank you.

Very nice overall with a few less than ideal situations

Super good value place with very nice amenities. A nice, basic stay. A few issues: - the internet is not good. If you're looking to book this place with the need to make video calls, I would skip. My friend and I worked remotely this week and had major issues with the internet and restarted the modem multiple times. - while I appreciate the thought to try and save energy, the thermostat was locked at 74 and wouldn't go lower. The main living space was quite comfortable at this temp but the bedrooms were hot. We had trouble sleeping because of this. It wasn't even an option to go lower than 74 on the thermostat, which meant it was probably closer to 77 in the bedrooms (for whatever reason the AC just didn't reach the bedrooms as well). Not a huge deal but slightly uncomfortable when it's 110 outside. - the gym was closed. I know this isn't controlled by the owner but it would be nice to know. If you're looking to use the gym I would contact the owner first. They didn't inform us it was closed and we were a bit disappointed. - if you're looking to do most of your visit in Palm Springs, this location really isn't that great. We admittedly booked this last minute and so didn't think very hard about the commute to Palm Springs, but it's at least 15 minutes each way to most of the restaurants and attractions downtown and 30 min/day of that got a bit old. Also, if you don't have a car I would REALLY not recommend this place. Getting taxis or Ubers here seems like a nightmare with a gated entrance that is a significant distance from the unit. Overall the check-in was nice and the apartment was clean and had great amenities. The pool is great! Probably wouldn't stay again for the reasons listed, but overall it was a positive experience for sure.

Great Getaway

This condo was in great location. Close to the airport, groceries, restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed using the deck that overlooked a green space and fountain. This is our second stay here. We are already booked for next year too.

The condo was spacious, well equipped and had a fantastic view. The sound of the running water from the fountain made sitting on the deck a real pleasure. Our only concern was in regards to the response time from the property supervisor. He was not prompt in replying to questions/concerns . . . if at all. Despite this, we would recommend this property to anyone.

Everything about it was perfect !

The overall payment schedule and check in , etc was all very professional . Unit was nicely furnished , clean , modern, quiet , no complaints at all on the unit . We used all the facilities like the exercise room, beautiful tennis courts , pools and hot tub on a daily basis . The location was central to everything we wanted to see and do. The people we met were all very nice and welcoming. I would rent this unit again and recommend it to others . Thanks for allowing us to stay .
