Nested in the Desert Princess Country Club, next door to the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Spring, this vacation home is near the Aerial Tramway, downtown Palm Springs, Desert Hills Premium shopping outlet, casinos and water park.

The entire home is yours with its own salted pool and spa - as well as all the benefits of a spectacular gated resort-style community with all the amenities of a high-end, premiere country club.

Enjoy the privacy of a free-standing single family home sits at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, with desert lush inspired design pool and patio, and throughout the unit with neutral, splashes of colors and wood accents. This spacious 3 BR, over 1900 Sq ft. has brand new EVERYTHING. One King bed, one Queen bed and two Single beds (Sleep 6 total). Smart TVs come with free cable TV and HBO, full equipped kitchen, ping-pong table, books, board games and a laundry room.

The Desert Princess Resort features 27 holes of golf, 9 tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce ball, basketball, horseshoes, a full-service spa, and a large Clubhouse with upscale restaurant, public bar, golf pro shop, meeting rooms and recreation and fitness center.

Keyless entry combines with the Ring home security to provide effortless check-in and cameras in the front of the home for full security comfort during your stay.

The entire property is yours to use. Please treat it as you would your own home. In addition, the community is offered: 9 Tennis courts, 3 Pickleball Courts, 2 Climate Controlled Racquetball Courts, Basketball & Bocceball, Horseshoes. Also check out our State-of-the-Art Fitness Center located on 28-600 Isleta Court.

Other details to note:
The back yard has no fences and gate as part of the design to enhance the infinite view of community area and mountains. If guest has dog, it will need to be on-leash at all time. Children under 18 are required to be with parents/adult at all time.

Pool heating is available upon request at $75/day.
Hot tub heating is included in the nightly rate and is accessible using the in-home control panel right outside by the sliding doors.

Desert princess house

This is the nicest place we've stayed at in our 20 years of going out to the desert.Great location very clean and reasonably priced.Just hope it's around next year. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful place with a great view

We had a great stay in this modern, impeccably, clean, and very comfortable unit. The hot tub was very enjoyable, and having breakfast each morning in the kitchen was an efficient serene experience. The unit is furnished beautifully, as and also very comfortably. We will definitely stay here again.

2025 Spring Break

The property was even better than the pictures showed. I really enjoyed the pool and spa. Kitchen was awesome, plenty of room, lots of utensils, plates, pots and pans. The house was very roomy, having a garage was a big benefit when sand is blowing around.Very quiet neighborhood. We are looking forward to another chance to rent from Christine.

Our stay was absolutely lovely! The home is VERY nicely appointed, includes all the necessities and then some. Plenty of space, LOVED the style/decor, and very comfortable. Great place in Palm Springs area

We had a really good experience with this house. The location is very convenient to the airport and to I10. Exceptionally clean and an especially well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and we used the hot tub several times and it was easy to use. We weee very happy with the value of this listing.

House was well maintained and super cute. Had all the amenities we needed and only 15 mins from downtown Palm Springs. Close to shops and grocery if needed. Nice gated community! Christine was super responsive to questions before and after I booked. Would stay again if I find myself back in Palm Springs.

GORGEOUS Property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Christine’s beautiful Chimayo house! The house was in a great location with AMAZING mountain and resort views! It was newer, very clean, had a wonderful kitchen, and comfortable beds/pillows. But, we spent most or our time, enjoying the great weather and views, on the large covered back patio! Pool and spa were a lovely addition, as well! Would definitely choose to stay here again. :)

Lovely stay at the Desert Princess

We had an awesome stay at this home. The house was very modern and clean. The kids loved splashing in the pool and relaxing in the house. The community was very quiet which was perfect for us because we have young kids who slept early. The neighborhood seemed very safe within a gated community with security. The location was convenient for us to go to Palm Springs or the zoo; it seemed like everywhere was within 20 mins drive. Overall, we had an amazing time staying here.

The place was AMAZING! We have stayed many times in Palm Springs and this place definitely rates in the top three! The pictures did not do it justice as far as space. It was very well kept and clean all you really need to take or your clothes and your toothbrush we will definitely be back.

Home was as described and host sent plenty of information prior to arrival to ensure we knew how to check in and share info about various amenities offered. The home was clean and available on time. The hot tub was great, and the neighborhood was quite nice.The host and cleaning team also helped us locate a missing AirPod after we left and mailed it back to my friend. Very helpful! Thanks :)
